Oday 28 keel bolts

Does anyone have the torque specs for the keel bolts on an Oday 28 with the fin keel? I have alittle seepage in the joint.

how can you tell if the seepage is from the joint ? I've been wondering about it as well on our 272...we've had a little water in the bilge (not enough to activate the bilge pump) but the boat is now out of the water and I'm thinking of pouring some antifreeze down in the bilge and checking it from outside to see if the seepage is really from the bolts or the keel joint itself...maybe this doesn't make sense in that it will only tell me there is a leak not what is leaking.

I believe I saw and article that was posted awhile back.It said 160 pounds of torque at most.

But not easy to do in a limited area and in a horizontal plane.
