O'Day 27 1973 Hull/Deck joint

I've recently aquired this boat which needs alot of work, first stopping freshwater leaks from a combination of Hull/Deck/Rubrail area. Has anybody with older O'Days run into this problem and if so how was it solved. Thanks in advance for any opinions. -Rick

repair to deck

i have extensive rot under the deck,this was corrected by drilling 1/4 holes in an area 5 by 6 just thru the deck into the wood core.extracting the rotten material with hooked picks,blowing out loose material with compressed air from my scuba tanks,filling excavation with west 205/105 no filler.level to deck.sand area and cover with a non skid stick on patch/white.do it neatly and evenly and it looks like it belongs on the deck or whereever.more details will follow if you need help.
