ODay 25 Spreader Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the spreaders from an oday 25 mast? There was a single bolt where the spreader attaches to the mast. I removed the bolt and the spreader is able to spin in the fitting, but it will not come out of the fitting.

Just pull out They are just pressed into the brackets. 1977 model.

Thanks for the information. I finally got my spreaders off. It took quite a bit of twisting and pulling, and a little WD-40.
