O'day 222 question

Can anyone tell me how many O'day 222's were made and what years they made them. Thanks!

Only 131

See the website referenced below. It is very good. It says 131 were built and they began making them in 1984. I can think of at least 10 I've seen here in NJ Regards, Bill

I don't know how many 222s were actually built, but considering that the boat was in production for the 1984 thru 1988 (maybe '89) I would estimate production at closer to 700+ for the 222. The 131 figure is just for 1984, the numbers were from a listing provided by Robie Pierce (a former O'DAY V.P.) that was compiled for the 25th anniversary of O'Day in 1984.
