Try to find one with a keel/centerboard. I don't think that O'Day built many of them, but they're out there and there may be more of them in your area than mine. I haven't run across one up in Massachusetts and the O'Day factory was located close to where I live. The keel/centerboard 22 has better up wind capabilities than her stubby keel sister. Just food for thought.

I know someone with a 1973 model for sale, however the boat is located in Swansea, MA , kind of far from you. This is a shoal-keel (1'11" fixed draft) not a K/CB model, and no trailer.
For reference, the 1972-78 models have the 1'11" shoal keel, 1979-83 models have the K/CB (1'3" / 4'3" draft), 1972-79 models have the shorter masthead rig, 1980-83 models have the taller, fractional rig. 1977 and later models have a cockpit locker for the outboard's fuel tank.
