I've run across several ODay 22 models while looking at sails, including:

ODay 22
ODay 22 CB
ODay 22 MH
ODay 22 TM MH
ODay 22 FR
ODay 22 TR

All I can figure out is that FR is Fractional, and MH is masthead.

No idea what TM, CB or TR stand for - each model has different J, I, P and E measurements.

I've always called mine a MH, but I got a quote on sails from North Sails which referred to my boat as TM MH.

I was not aware that a 22 ever had a fractional rig, that model became the 222.

There were really only 3 versions of the 22, no real difference in the hulls, just the rig and the keel.
1972-78 Masthead Rig, shoal Keel (1'11" draft, 600# lead ballast)
1979 Masthead Rig (same as 1972-78) and Keel/CB (1'3" Draft bd up, 4'3" bd dn, 700# lead ballast).
1980-83 Fractional Rig, Keel/CB (same draft as 1979, but now 800# lead ballast)

Masthead rig Dimensions:
Mast Length: 22'9" height above WL: 27'0" Sail Area: 190 sqft (main and working jib)
Fractional Rig Dimensions:
Mast Length: 27'3", Height above WL: 31'0". Sail Area: 198.3 sqft (Main and Working jib).

I think the various designations that you found are just different names for these same 3 models. 222 was a completely different, New design that replaced the 22 for the 1984-89 model years. The rig was totally different from the 22 as well.
