Dear David, you will of course be referred to Rudy, at D&R. They're easy to deal with, and will have what you need. I've bought from them and have been satisfied. But there are also loads of 22's out there. There are at least 5 in my area that I just happened to notice. Wander around the back corners of some boatyards and marinas, and you'll turn up a few. I'd try to buy those things used, first. That might be a good way to get the mast, and the boom. For the sails, I have had OK luck with Atlantic Sail Traders. I went with new for the sails, and I'll do the same for the standing rigging, re: my post of a couple of weeks ago. This site is a great resource, and you'll be sailing by next season, for sure.
