Having purchased my O'Day 20 at the end of the sailing season here in Edmonton, the last couple of months have been agony, not yet getting it onto the water.
So I spend our -20C days trying to "figure out" the boat.
I was able to figure out raising the mast and main, however have not touched the jib, which leads me to my question:
In the attached image, there are two blocks labeled A and B (both port and starboard). I'm pretty sure A takes the Jib Sheet, but what is B for? My first thought it was for the Spinnaker, but it is only screwed into the toerail with a wood screw - so surely that would not take the loads of a sail?
Any ideas?
