Oday 192 stay anchors (grommets?) on mast

My Oday 192 uses a grommet to anchor the shrouds and forestay to the mast. A hook on the end of the shrouds hook into these grommets on the mast for quick connecting.

I have one that is loose - probably had the hook out of position when the mast was raised. Either the pop rivet is stretched or the hole for the pop rivet in the mast is stretched (I hope its the former).

Has anyone performed a successful repair?

I think the pop rivets are SSP2 (stainless 3/16").

Drill out the rivets and put new ones? Does it look similar to the 222?

The rivets aren't terribly loose but I'm afraid if I let them go they will wallow out the holes in the aluminum mast.
