Hello,
Anyone can confirm the correct measures and material of the keel bolts to this boat? The boat has a wing keel.

Have you inquired Beneteau as to the type and size? In the US they are very responsive and have information on older boats

Yes, two weeks ago I sent emails to two big dealers, one in the US and the other in UK; no reply so far...

I'd ask Beneteau directly. Ward Richardson is the service manager in the US. His email address is war.richardson@beneteauusa.com. Dealers will not have specifics unless they go to the website mentioned below.

A faster alternative would be to go to the Beneteau website and enter their parts app which I believe is called Sylios. Once you registrr and get in you can get at all of your boat parts. Not sure where your boat was built - that may make a difference in terms of parts. If it was built in the US go to Beneteauusa.com. If built in France - Beneteau.com.

Good luck

Thank you for your advice Captn TJ,
my boat is french built, and went to the Beneteu dot com (European site) and I'm registered to that site as a boat owner. However, on the European site under the "Contact" they say "Requests for technical and commercial informations on boats should be directed to a dealer of BENETEAU network. This e-mail is only for the webmaster (site issues, technical problems). We will not provide any answer for the technical inquiries."
so I tried the "dealer login" but there is no way to register.
The "Customer Service" and "After-Sales Service" sections apparently only apply to buyers of new boats from dealers, and no contact info is given.

However, on the US-site I was able to find my way to the spare parts "Syselios" registration and I'm now waiting for the account to be set up; there was a note it may take up to 24 hours.

BTW, anyone has experience about the BYC (Beneteau Yacht Club), among other things they mention "access to technical data on your boat" - is it any good? (Cost 70 eur/2yr.)

"With the BENETEAU Yacht Club you enter a very special world.
Joining the private inner circle of BENETEAU customers
means you gainaccess to exclusive privileges such as:

• Access to the members' directory
• Exchange of boats thanks to BETWEEN US,
• Technical data on your boat,
• Preferential rates in the BYC boutique.
How do you join the BENETEAU Yacht Club*?
To do this, complete the registration form
(membership costs for 2 years are: 70 € inc. tax).
You will be sent a Club Welcome Pack... "

It would be worth it to send an email to ward Richardson the service manager in the US. See my earlier post for the address. Not sure if he has the info on French boats but worth the try. If I recall from an earlier boat experience the US boats built beginning in '87 when the plant went on line were built with all French components

I saw the link to the Beneteau club but couldn't gain access. At the same time as a 4 time purchaser of Beneteau boats I think they should be paying or enticing me to join vs asking for me to pay.

Erik,
Were you ever able to gain access to the Beneteau Spare Parts site? I have attempted to register twice and never received conformation.

Great advice. The Beneteau websites got rebuilt a year or two a go at the demand of French corporate. They made a mess of things, with the one exception, the Spare Parts website is pretty useful. The vessel info, manuals, specs, etc. disappeared behind some flaky "club" paywall. I have expressed Capt. TJ's sentiments, but alas have been ignored.
