Oceanis 351 electro Scan placement

I have a 1994 Oceanis 351 and just purchased Raritan electro scan and was wondering if anyone else can give me an idea of where to install it ?
I was thinking of removing hot water heater and placing there .
I was thinking of replacing hot water heater with a tankless water heater .
I had one that worked great in summer but not in winter as it only heated up the water 40 degrees above water temp.
If anyone knows of a great 110 volt tankless that works in cold water please let me know !
