I am missing the "O" rings on the plug for the speed transducer. I was wondering if anyone knows what size they are and where to find replacements.
Thanks

I just go across the street from my marina to the Home Depot......They have a good assortment of different sizes . I bought their variety pack which has come in quite handy for all sorts of quick fixes. From Yanmar raw water pump,a/c raw water strainers,a/c strader valve caps, faucets, fresh water pumps, fuel fittings.....Always keep some handy ....you never know.

BTW.....I don't know the size of your speed transducer so can't help you there....I don't even know what size mine is because I haven't found the need to removed the dummy plug in over 8 years. Found GPS is good enough for me. "Sorry"

Thank you "onecoolair". I will certainly go to H.D. since they will be much cheaper than a marine supply store.

Thanks Stu. I did find them at the ACE hardware near my house. Only bought what I needed and not a package with multiple sizes. I found the #19 O-Ring (1-1/4 x 1 x 1/8) to be a very, very good fit for the plug. Should also fit the transducer. Incidentally, I found the plug has three O-Rings and the transducer only one. Go figure!

Speed Transducer

Our 2003 C310 came equipped with an Airmar ST600 sensor. I've attached the Owner's Guide. This paddlewheel insert acutally has 3 O-Rings (see Fig 6 on sheet 4). Perhaps others have a different sensor, but thought this might be helpful as it also give details on replacement parts and how to service. Hope this helps.
