O Day 34 stuffing box

I have a 1982 O Day 34 and need to repack the stuffing box. Shaft size is 1 inch. Would anyone know the packing size required?? I know it depends on the nut size, but I live far from the boat and can't measure it. thanks

True, stuffing material does come in different sizes. However not that many. It's like small medium and large. It comes in coils or rolls and is not that costly. Buy all sizes before your trip to your boat.
