O' 20 mainsheet figured out

The O' 222 manual had the spec's I needed for mainsheet rig. But what about a swing keel that wobbles 3-4" port to stbrd. Is this normal? It's on a tall jackstand trailer so access is easy. Also wondering about mast rake. does it get any or just vertical. I realize this should be adjusted in the water.Thanks in advancechip

mast rake affects balance of boat/sail system, to just change rake without reason may adversely effect handling, increase pressure on tiller, etc. making boat tend to round up into the wind easier/harder. 3-4 inch if at the end may not be a problem, look inside the keel housing for rubbing and other indicators of wear/damage.
