NYC Rendezvous this summer?

Is there a Hunter rendezvous this summer in the NYC metro area or Long Island Sound?

I have an H336 and keep it in Stamford, Ct. Would be interested in a Hunter rendezvous somewhere on the Sound.By the way, I notice you're from Sleepy Hollow. We live in Irvington, just south of you. Where do you keep you boat?

Hunter Rendezvous

The Hunter Sailing Association in your area is CT Yankee HSA. The Commodore is Gary Schuster and you can reach him at garysue1@prodigy.net They hosted a large Rendezvous last summer (1999) and had decided not to put one together this year but to have another LARGE rendezvous early next summer. If I can be of any other assistance just call.

Why don't we just do it.

Let's just have our own. I suggest mid-late September at a convenient place. Two places I can think of are: Port Jefferson or The Sand Hole. Both are big enough for more than a few boats and have good restaurants/facilities ashore. They're also somewhat centrally located.Anybody have any other ideas?
