Or fittings on top of the mast.

I have my mast down this winter for reworking and am trying to figure out how to fit a VHF antenna, masthead tricolor/anchor light, and windex up there. Currently the only thing living on top is a VHF antenna screwed to the side of the mast box. On a previous boat I had a masthead fitting, as shown in the picture, but can’t seem to locate anything similar. How have others addressed this or do you know of similar fittings available?

Last mast head work I did I made all custom fittings. But I have a small machine shop at home.
