That's a good question...I did this on the Standard rig and not the ICW. Having said that though, I would set up just like this for the jib and see how it goes...it should be very close. The two headsails have the same clew location in space, so really the difference is only in the hoist..the standard rig being slightly higher aspect.
It might be just close enough and if not, I would suspect that each track location would move aft just a couple of inches to compensate for the lower aspect ratio of the ICW jib.
Mainsails...these are pretty generic now days with the current sheeting systems, so it will cover all your needs.
