Track is for cars not cleats

Hi Jim, Im not familiar with your boat but I will give it a shot. The track on the port and starboard sides are for a car with a block (pulley) attatched that slides fore and aft to adjust the lead of your jib sheet to either power the sail up or down or to compensate for a different size sail. If your boat has jib winches the cleat should be mounted aft of the winches. I have no experience on smaller boats w/no winches maybe someone else can be of more help. Good luck.
