For those of you having larger Legend-era boats with shower sumps, here is a source to replace the rubber bumpers upon which the removable shower sump panel rests:
McMaster Carr part no. 9540K55 "Rubber Bumper with Unthreaded Through Hole, with Washer, 3/4" Base Diameter, 13/32 Height, Pack of 100". Cost $13.89 + tax + shipping.
At least that was the replacement on my 1994 40.5. Since the forward and aft heads used maybe three or four dozen, getting them in this quantity for that price beat Home Depot big time; HD wanted $2 for four.
In my case, I noticed the sump cover was wobbly. Upon inspection, I noticed the bumpers had cracked and deteriorated.
