Not a good start to this season

The Marina where I had my boat moved it in the cradle then set it down without suporting the center brace. The whole cradle bowed and the two pads in the aft were pinching the hull, one side is now cracked (i think it's deep). Big problem to say the least...

Notify your insurance adjuster yesterday and then seek the knowledge of the appropriate skills after. Not saying your adjuster is going to try to steer you away from a claim but best to have as many people as possible involved from the beginning.

Oh, that does not look good. Sorry for your turmoil. Your insurance, their insurance and surveyor on site right off the bat and a lawyer to referee. Hope it gets worked out to YOUR satisfaction without a lot of anguish for all parties. Good luck.
