The topic will be Recent Rule Changes to the Racing Rules of Sailing. The speaker will be Andrew Kerr. I'd recommend this to anyone remotely interested in racing. Andrew is a super sailor with several national champions and a great rules instructor. He not only teaches rules, but walks through the mindset and situation where they might apply. A great value.
Andrew was doing this same course last weekend at WYC but I missed him. I was racing down at LCYC in Texas, where he was doing the class the week before! We had a good laugh about that.

I attended the seminar at WYC and it was packed with information. I can second how good an instructor Andrew is. Pointed out some nice nuggets of tactics inside the rules. For $100 bucks it is well worth it.
