Is there any way to quieten the Jabsco electric conversion. Our boat came with it installed and it's so noisy that everyone in an entire anchorage knows when you're using the toilet. The boat is only 7 months old so we don't feel like ripping out the whole thing and replacing it.

Nope...
All electric toilets that use sea water are noisy, but the Jabsco 29200 conversion is one of the noisiest...and there's no way to muffle it. It also draws a lot more amperage than other macerating electric toilets, btw.
If the boat is only 7 months old, you should be able to talk your dealer into swapping it out for a quieter toilet as a warranty claim. I can't imagine why any dealer would install this conversion anyway, 'cuz it costs more than most complete macerating toilets!
