Noise while under way

I've recently bought a 2002 Hunter 356. While in forward between 1500-2000 rpm there is a pitchy noise somewhere behind engine. The mechanic at our marina replaced the cutlass bearing and adusted the engine to prop shaft clearance.
Noise reduced alittle but is still there. Has anybody else expereinced this or have any ideas? Noise is not there while idling or in reverse.

The marina mechanic tried losening the stuffing box and that didnt help.

alignment checked

mechanic adjusted the alignment,which was alittle better but still there.
