No Doyle Service

I have e-mailed Doyle Sails five times in the last two months and asked where I can get replacement battens for my original 1993 Doyle mainsail (Hunter 23.5) and no one has had the courtesy to reply to me ? What gives with your e-mail service (Marblehead)

Could be a spam filter

Email is notoriously unreliable these days. It could be that your email is being intercepted by a spam filter at Doyle's end... it could also be that their email to you is being stopped by your email provider. We find that much of the email we send to AOL users never makes it (and doesn't bounce). With all the viruses, spam, and other junk in email these days, if it's critical, use the phone.

Thanks for the reply regarding my inability to contact Doyle by e-mail. I will use a phone in the future. PS you never answered my inquiry regarding replacement battens for a 1993 Doyle mainsail for a Hunter 23.5

Replacement Battens/Spam?

Mike, I apologize that you haven't received a reply to your request for replacemnt battens. It is possible that your spam filter blocked the doylesails.com email. In any event check your spam controls and find out. If you call 800-94DOYLE you will be connected to the nearest Doyle loft. I'm sure they will be glad to help you. Bill C. Doyle Sails
