Don't know if you all know but yesterday Central NJ was hit by another natural disaster. The devastation of the earthquake did not equal Superstorm Sandy but took its toll. Snapped this picture of an area near the shore which was about 65nm away from the epicenter.

That's nothing! A few years ago central Virginia had a quake that upset the chairs AND table up here in Maryland !

(Edit to add): I forgot to say that in the process, it spilled the RUM

Yes, a 2.7, I'm sure it was frightening, the natives are sleeping outdoors for fear of after shocks no doubt.

Louisiana has a bunch of "FEMA Trailers" if anyone needs a place to sleep. It may take two years to get there though.

Katrina Trailers! I remember those, luckily I was never housed in one. They make the insides of our boats look luxurious!

Earthquake stories ? I drove the lead fire engine in the first USAR strike team from LA to Northridge, and Stu lives in San Francisco. Yeah, we don't want to start no earthquake "war stories" around here.:D
