Was planning on removing and resealing windows and came upon a set of tinted windows (mine are untinted) from an owner parting out his boat. Wondering what everyone thought would be a fair offer on price?

What was the price asked by the seller? Usually the first offer sets the deal up, so let him make it. Even if it sounds good, tell him you need to think about it first. You may be surprised.

He asked me to "make offer." Would prefer if he provided an idea of what he is looking for first but seems he simply wants to hear an offer.
