New windlass Hunter 356

I would like to replace the original windlass on our Hunter 356. The original seems to be leaking some water. It has always done the job. I don't think that model is available anymore. What is the best replacement for it. We are using 5/16 G4 chain.

It most likely is the wiper seal on the shaft,I had a very minor leak on my windlass a few
years back and called Lawrence Simpson 1-800-946-3527 and they gave me a list of repair people here for me in Florida,about a hour away for me and he replaced the seal and the bearing.
Every few years I lift the top up only a few inches and put some heavy grease in,he said most times if leaking the bearing gets frozen to the shaft.

Mine leaks too and has for a while. Nick: How do you take it apart to grease it?
