New Style Windows & Balanced Rudder Questions -C25

What year did the new style windows make it into the C25?
And...
How can I distinguish a balanced rudder from a non-balanced?

Sometime in the mid 90s. The balanced one has some area forward of the pintles.

The new style windows were in the Catalina 25 by 1987.
