New Sails for the H28?

At least the mainsail which is original from 1993 seems to need replacing as we keep having to put sail-tape and stitching in several places near the top.

I am still on a steep learning curve (but loving it) so looking for advice on which sail.

Should I go cheap? Chinese?
Should I go stock from Hunter? Northsail?
Should I go Dacron?
How much should I expect to pay?

If I spend more $$$ on a high-end sail will it really make a difference to a newbie like me?

Any ideas about local resources here in Vancouver BC or do all our sails come from US?

Price out your sails on this site. They have good quality and prices and you have someone to bitch at if there is a problem.

They can advise you of material, cloth type, hardware etc.
