I've bought the ultimate project. The galley area is rotten, water dripped through a missing window. I would like to rip out the built in fridge and install a regular reach in. I'm thinking forward of the nav station might fit. Has anyone else fitted a regular unit somewhere other than the usual dead end. Also... Where the heck is the hot water tank?
