My husband and I just purchased a V21 Catalina Capri. We think it was built in the mid 1970's. How should we go about getting hold of some kind of manual with drawings and pictures? We are currently cleaning her up and are anxious to assemble the sail/rigging system. HELP!!! We're new at this...can you tell? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You! Kris

A little confused...

by your description. "V21" from the 1970s sounds like you might have a "Venture 21" made my MacGregor. They are still in business, although the original 21 is not built anymore. Or maybe a Catalina Capri 22? These are not from the '70s though; it's a modern design. Catalina still builds them. Check the Catalina Yachts website for specs, link to the owners association, etc. www.catalinayachts.com
