Well, I have recently purchased a 1993 model Hunter 19. I have not sailed it. I have previously owned a larger Hunter, and sailed it extensively, quite a few years ago. I have also sailed a 146 Hunter daysailer, which appears similar in hull form to the 19. I found the 146 to be a remarkable performer, and I hope that the 19 will perform similarly. I am not familiar with the water ballast system, and I would appreciate comments on this system if you have any, or any other thoughts on the 19. Thank You.
