My wife and I just bought this 1980 S2 in December. No news to you guys I've got lots to do.
Have any of you guys re-bedded the mast step? I'll be re-rigging halyards and shrouds, not sure how to get to the underside of bolts. I do see a slight rust staining under the two aft bolts. Does anyone know if the core is sealed around these bolts or is this a potential core issue.
Anyway, I really just wanted to take the time to introduce myself to the forum. I'll be posting questions as they come up and will certainly offer any help if I can.
