My new (June 2014) Jabsco Par Max Plus 4gpm fresh water pump, just replaced last year stopped working.
It cycled up to create pressure, that usually takes a few seconds or so, then stopped.
I checked the panel breaker, the leads to the pump are all clean, I have 12.75V at the pump, I have the same inside the wiring harness under the pump.
I took the bottom off and the armature spins freely and the impeller housing spins free.
So I took it home and bench tested it and it just doesn't want to run.
Any suggestions are welcome.
