Peggie,Last season, after I took delivery of our new C380, the head developed a problem. The flush lever would not stay in the dry position. It would move back mid-way between wet and dry, stopping the pumping action. You had to hold the lever in the dry position to get it to work. Called Jabsco and they sent me a whole pump assembly! The problem went away until early this season. It now has the same problem. Called Jasco again. They did not have any record of my last problem but they are sending me new parts again. However this time they are sending only the valve assembly. The head is a Jabsco model 29120-2000. My question is have you seen this? What is causing this to happen? If it happen twice, should I suspect an installation problem? I have heard other C380 owners having similar problems. Other than sending new parts, Jabsco was not much help in identifying the cause. I offered to send my old pump back to them.ThanksDuane MaherDuane Maher
