New Hunter 27 owner

I just purchased a 1980 Hunter 27 and am wondering if anyone out there has the original manuals? If so, would you be willing to let me copy them? I would be willing to convert the manuals to PDF format and send them to the person.

I had an '82 Hunter 27 for 7 years, and it was an absolute joy! If you ever have questions, feel free to contact me. I now own a '94 29.5...I like it too, but, it's like moving into a new house...takes awhile to adjust.

Tomorrow, 4 May, I will have had "LOTUS" for 2 years. She is a 1981 and I have learned and enjoyed her as has my wife , Janice. I was lucky to have a 2GM(F) Yanmar on her, lots of griping, justifiably so, about the 1 GM. Sail her well, she can take it. Had a 45 knot storm anchored at Cape Lookout last July 4th, dry inside even with 15-18 degree heel at the worst of the blow. She has done well in 8-10 ft seas as well, granted the frequency was 12 to 15 seconds, but still! I am in the process of replacing my standing rigging, I know you are excited and have many to-do's but I would take a look when you get the chance. Cheers and welcome to the club.
