Peggy, I just purchased a Catalina with a Par head. The head leaks and needs a rebuild, No problem there, but I might want to replace the head with a new one. Could you tell me the best manual head for under $300.00? Thanks Mike I. C-30 Faith
has long been considered the best manual toilet in its price range. It's a real work horse that "takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin" for years...and has been around for years. Raritan has recently brought out a new manual toilet--the Cricket--which has an integral diaphragm pump located directly under the bowl instead of the usual piston cylinder pump next to the bowl. Diaphragms are much more efficient, and require virtually no maintenance 'cuz there aren't any moving parts to wear and require regular rebuilding.
