I will take the liberty of posting some warm-up questions gleaned from my own misadventures and from our own archives, but we really want yours. Richard Kollmann has spent the last twenty years helping boaters with their refrigeration problems. His books, Do-it Yourself Refrigeration and 12 & 24 Volt Refrigeration, are written so that the average do-it-yourselfer can easily understand the basic principles of refrigeration and trouble shoot their systems.. Richard was an airline maintenance director for over 25 years before entering the marine refrigeration field. He operated a small holding plate and refrigeration shop before retiring in 2002. Since then he has kept busy by helping people with their refrigeration problems. He has a web site that has a great deal of free information plus a forum where readers can ask questions.
