This is a project I've had on my plate for several years. I have a machine shop with a cnc router lined up to cut out all my windows. I have sourced a 4 x 8 sheet of tinted. Way way way cheaper. I just haven't got the courage up to do it yet. Are you doing the sides windows as well?
That's a scary project. If you find out after that they weren't bedded properly and leak. 
We paid to have ours re-bedded before we brought her home. One was leaking so we decided to do all 3. Unfortunately some of the exposed sealant on one has been coming loose.

I found the side ports for your boat on the SBO site
and a link to call them if you can't find the part you need. I have called for my H26 and they have made parts for me before. I talked with a guy named Joe and he talked me through exactly what I needed. Very helpful. I think I remember Crazy Dave once saying that the guys who own SBO used to work for Hunter.

Check out Mark Plastics in Corona, Ca. They fabricated the fixed ports for many Hunters in the 80's and still have the molds to produce new ones. (951) 735-7705
