New Dining Table

I've been meaning to post photos of my dining table mod. I have a 79 with the L shaped settee. After several years of wrestling with the table putting it up and down I finally decided on a fold down table with built in shelving.

Looks good. The only finishing touch I would suggest would be to install a small swiveling block of wood at the top of the table, mounted to the bulkhead to use as a retaining block, instead of the bungee cord. It would look more salty & would hold the table to the bulkhead more securely. If your bungee cord ever wears out & breaks, which they eventually do, the table will fly open & may damage that nice shelving unit you built.
