New Design

I read on one of the other sites that there is a new model (26M) scheduled for release in Oct/Nov. Was interested in what if any info people would have on the new model. The only thing stated is that they are moving away from a swing keel to a dagger board. Why?

What I got from a dealer was..

Dagger board in place of the centerboard, dinette to become a two seater, bulk head rearward to increase cabin/decrease cockpit.Due out in October, 02

I heard the new model will have the head forward and probably won't make an October introduction.
