New 380 rail seat, where to put the dingy bracket

Thanks for your input, the problem is the new boat has the seats going right back on each side of the walk through. There is no room next to it to put the bracket like we did on the 340. Anyone have this problem and come up with a slolution?

What type of davits on the 340

What type of davits did you use on your 340? I've got a 336 and am concerned about the strain on the stern rail.
