A few years ago, we bought a 1979 25 with outboard and a full set of sails (5) for $5500. This year, after making some improvements, we sold her for $5300. We are on the Great Lakes. If this is an 81 with inboard diesel, and if she's in good shape, I'd guess that 6000 to 7000 would be a decent price - depends on the market where you are.
