Does anyone have a copy of Tom Tursi's single engine docking techniques they want to unload? I can buy it new off ASA website for 20 bucks, but it's the 12 plus dollar UPS shipping that's killing me. I'll will pay $20 for the book and USPS mail. Thanks, Genissa

ASA has a lot of their material available digitally now. Did you check that?

You could save the 20 by going to youtube. There are a number of docking videos there. The best is by Maryland Sailing School (?). I was taught the technique by one of the ìnstructors. Keep the wheel to starboard and only use the engine to steer. Goes against common sense but works every time for stern first docking.

You can get Tursi's videos on YouTube. Here is a link
I like a docking technique that is sometimes called a "Bridle" technique. or "SFS Getting on - Stern Bridle". It serves me well when there are dock cleats to use
Here is a link to a video

Haven't watched this one yet,
Very dry and monotone. Needs more action. Not for everyone. Lots of informational detail. Maybe too much in one webnar.

I couldn't find it on ASA's website. Maybe I'll dig a bit more. Digital would be ideal, thank you.
