Need traveler for V17

I'm looking for a U-shaped, or semi-circular, traveler for the transom of my '71 Venture 17. Does anybody know where I should search? I've seen pix, which look dandy, but seems very difficult to fabricate. Anybody make them? Sell them? Thanks for your help.

I think they would bend a traveler to fit.
