I have a 2006 41AC and have a leak from my fresh water manifold. There are six o-rings and I need to replace them, however, all the stores have either too large or two thick. Does anyone know the make of the manifold, there is no name on the manifold, or the exact replacement size of the o-ring.

it would help a lot if you told us what make and model engine you have

When you say fresh water manifold are you referring to the plumbing for domestic water and not the engine? When you say too small or too large that may be because what you will typically see in the hardware stores for pex plumbing is in English dimensions and what is on the boats is in metric sizes. Go to Defender or one of the marine chandleries and look for metric size O rings. I didn't check but SBO might have them too. They carry a lot of stuff. Common size on a boat is 15 MM which makes it look a lot like .5 inches and a almost fit but it's not. Just a guess but I think if you can get O ring for 15 mm tubing it will fit. You might see it listed on the web sites as a Whale product as they are one brand of the stuff.

The manifolds Hunter used are custom to their application so you won't them in any marine stores.

Call SeaTech at 910-796-2018, you may need to send them a photo. You may also want to send us your hull number and I'll see if we have any kind of model or ID number for your manifold.
