yep - have a rotted bulkhead that needs to be replaced. I searched the archives and got some information. Rob, of Guru's Method, had some promising information that makes it seem it is not as difficult as I am anticipating. Rob, you there? Any info? Anyone else have some supporting info? Templates, photos, or other? Thank you very much for your assistance. steve!

Bulkhead

I had to replace all the bulkheads and cabinetry inside my 272. I bought the teak plywood from a local lumber yard and used the old wood as a template. Where the wood was rotted away I had to eyeball the right angles to cut. I did leave extra wood to trim back to get a proper fit. After approximately five sheets of teak plywood, a couple simple tools in the backyard, and several hours of work I have a new interior. Good Luck John R.
