I have seen many pictures of 23.5 with stern rails and/or lifelines at the stern , I need to add these to my boat because I feel like I'm going to fall out,I really need help with this project. Joe 23343

my Kittiwake 23 wasn't built with stern railings or lifelines either.... I decommissioned a Mac25, and used the stern and bow pulpit from it... I also used the lifeline stanchions too... I had to add one set to each side more than what the Mac25 had.... and I replaced all the lifelines with new ones....
here are pictures of my boat before and after I installed the stern and bow pulpits and the lifelines and stanchions....
hope this helps you out.... I would find someone who is parting out a boat and buy what they have then alter it to fit your boat....

Made these couple years back,bought everything at wholesale marine,Electrician bud help me bend them.If you try put, pool filter sand in pipe at bend .Stops kinks .Dont trip over litline anymore
