Oday 192 Lake Nockamixon
It looks like good weather for the rest of the week, so I'm getting ready to play hookey from work on Thursday and Friday, and splash this baby. I will use Thursday to un-winterize the motor, and to build a mast crutch to help me raise the mast. Then, I guess Friday will be the day...

Because I have disassembled all the turnbuckles to clean and lube them, I have no idea where they were set. Not that I trusted anyone previously as far as rig tuning. I have the O'day Rigging Instructions for the 192/222, and honestly, it just says the forestay, backstay, and uppers get adjusted hand tight, and lowers just snug. And keep them all balanced. Not much info, to be sure.

I'll use the Selden manual for more fine tuning, and also probably the Selden measurement method for balancing, as well as a Loos gauge I happen to have.

My biggest concern is mast rake. Does anyone have any opinions on mast rake?

Or other suggestions?

Thanks,
Brian
