Here is a link to one source of ODay sail dimensions: http://www.sailritesails.com/ShowAd.aspx?id=4515&SourceID= 0 &BoatName=O'DAY+25+STD . Notice that there is also "tall rig". You will need to know which, standard or tall. You can determine this by measuring the mast from the boom to the top.

You also need to understand I(foresail luff), J(foresail foot), P(main luff), and E(main foot). It is the 'P' and 'I' that will change with the tall rig.

I checked further. The tall rig 'P' and 'I' are two foot longer.

Ed,

The "I" dimension is not the length of the foresail luff. It's the height of the mast at the hounds or where the forestay attaches to the mast and is perpendicular to the deck. The "J" is not the foresail foot length. It is the distance from the front of the mast to the point on deck where the forestay intersects.
